We off several ways to book our services, allowing our clients the flexibility to use our services as best suits their needs.

• Regular hours of operation begin at $35.00 per hour.  
• Saturday services are at time and one half.  
• Sunday hours are at double time and holiday services are at triple time.  
• We require a one-hour minimum; after that we bill in ¼ hour increments.  
• Other hours at various rates are also available upon request.
• Rates are subject to change without advance notice.

Our fees are structured to allow clients to hire us for a one time specific service or

Our Scheduling Policies

• Services for monthly plans are secured by a major credit card and require payment in full before services are rendered. All hourly services are paid in advance by cash, check, credit card or money order, payable to Kokopelli Concierge.
• Services scheduled with less than 24 hour notice will incur a $50 additional fee.
• You will be charged actual fees for merchandise purchased, tolls, parking fees and for third party vendors.
• All unused hours of monthly plans must be used within 30 days of the first hour started. Hours not used will be forfeited on the 31st day.
• All jobs requiring two people (i.e. heavy item lifting) will be billed at time and a half.
• All errand rates include time from the beginning of task and for the first 12 miles of travel. Travel over 12 miles will be billed at the rate of $.48 per mile.
• Any transportation of pets requires suitable carrier and proof of vaccinations.
• Cancellations within less than 24 hours of scheduled service will result in $50 fee. The full price of services order will be charged if no notice of cancellation is given.
